JRCS MFG. CO.,LTD. will change its English name to JRCS Co., Ltd. and its Toyoura plant to JRCS Toyoura from April 1st, 2019.

Since its founding in 1948, the company has been engaged in product development and manufacturing for ships under the mission of “never to stop the flow of Sea Cargo” for more than 70 years. To that end, our products have been installed on over 7,000 vessels so far, contributing to the stability of logistics in the oceans around the world.

Meanwhile, in the ever-changing market, as customer needs broaden year after year, our business is rapidly diversifying. In the marine business, we are targeting not only new shipbuilding but also enhancing services for in-service ships, such as system replacement, maintenance and repair.
Furthermore, in 2018, the “JRCS Digital Innovation LAB” was launched to start the promotion of the digital transformation of the marine industry behind the scenes. It is aimed at smoothing offshore logistics by making full use of state-of-the-art digital technology, easing world problems and creating a smile on the faces of our customers.
Employees, enhancing their manufacturing skills are turning to a style that accurately grasps customer needs and problems and proposes and provides the best solutions.

As in this way our whole business cannot be expressed by being only a manufacturing industry, we have decided to change the English name from “JRCS MFG. CO., LTD” to “JRCS Co. Ltd.”. In addition, the plant located in Toyoura (Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture) as a change of its existence value is proposing and offering solutions as well as manufacturing and as a result is to become JRCS Toyoura.

In the future, we intend to further promote brand penetration in the global society under this new English company name, and make further efforts to meet customer expectations.
