Mr. Kondo, President and Representative Director, took the podium for the “Yamaguchi Work Style Reform” symposium.
This symposium was held at the Yamaguchi Grand Hotel on Friday the 6th of November and was hosted by Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The theme of the symposium was “An image of the future brought about by various work methods”. Yamaguchi Prefecture is working to promote a work-life balance in order to realize a work environment where everyone from young people and women, to people with disabilities and seniors can all play an active role. This symposium is held every year for managers and personnel in charge of companies in the prefecture with the aim of accelerating this trend.
Mr. Kondo introduced the purpose of various initiatives of work style reform that we are promoting. He said, “The most important thing is courage and an effort to change the way we work.” He shared his experiences and explained the fact that changing consciousness is essential.
Our company’s reform is only half realized, but we hope that it will be useful for all the companies in the prefecture by making public the progress of our challenge.
Our approach is midway. Although it is not a “success case”, it has my best experiences
Many managers and Personnel Representatives gathered to show a high level of interest in “work style reform”
