Started “Open Class” to show employees the joy of learning

In July, “Open Class,” a free-to-participate in-house study session, was launched.

JRCS aims to become a group of human resources with the education, specialized knowledge, and skills that are accepted by society, and is promoting a variety of initiatives related to human resource development, including a variety of well-developed systems.

As part of this effort, we hold annual promotion qualification exams and exams for full-time employees. This open class was held for employees who are thinking of taking these exams. The objective is not to temporarily study hard just to pass the exams, but to develop the habit of studying continuously and to always be aware of personal growth.

What is unique is that we have opened our doors to employees who are not planning to take the exam, but would like to try studying. This is because we want as many employees as possible to experience the joy of studying and thinking.

There are a total of 10 open classes. They are held during the 30-minute lunch break. In the first session, 50 people participated in hands-on work under the theme of “Don’t create limits based on your own assumptions”. In the future, we plan to hold more lectures and projects to broaden employees’ perspectives, and we hope to provide opportunities for each individual to face their own growth and career.
