In-house study session “Open Class” becomes more open learning opportunity!

The “Open Class,” an in-house study session that began in July 2021, has been renewed. Originally started for employees who wished to take promotional and fulltime employee exams, we have now opened the door to anyone who wishes to participate without limitation. The reason behind this is that we want more employees to experience the joy of studying and thinking.

Learning themes vary from “brain function” to “SDGs” and more. Recently, the theme has been “Aspiration (Kokorozashi),” and employees are learning that they should design their own careers and that it is important to be “willing to try things for the first time”.

The study session makes full use of Microsoft Teams, a communication tool that is being introduced to promote the digital transformation. Participants use the chat function to freely express what they feel.

With the aim of becoming a group of people who have acquired socially acceptable education, expertise, and skills, JRCS is promoting various initiatives related to human resource development. The Chief Operating Officer and instructor of the “Open Class” says, “I want to do my best to build a good company and enrich the lives of each and every one of our employees.”

Held in the open space of the Toyoura Office. The employees can participate online from anywhere.
