Notice and request regarding renewal of the enterprise resource planning system

We will be restructuring and updating our enterprise resource planning system as described below in order to cope with the aging of the system. We greatly appreciate for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

(1) System Renewal Timing
The new system will be implemented on January 5, 2023.
(2) Delivery in December 2022
  • The delivery and acceptance inspection closing date for December is December 15, 2022.
    *Please change the delivery date for cases already ordered from December 16 to the end of December to “Delivery date: December 15”.
  • If delivered after December 16, 2022, it will be treated as January 2023.
  • We request that cases currently ordered be delivered as soon as possible.
(3) Change in purchase order form
  • Due to the system change, the purchase order form will also be changed
  • We ask all suppliers to fill out and submit the “Supplier Registration Card”. A new purchase order form (PDF) will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the card at a later date.
  • Please make sure that there is no mistake regarding the documents to be submitted at the time of delivery.
