JRCS employee receives award from the Yamaguchi Vocational Ability Development Association!
Yamaguchi Prefecture awards outstanding technicians to raise awareness of those with technical expertise while also improving the status and skill level of specialists.

Recently, a JRCS team member received an award from the Yamaguchi Vocational Ability Development Association. Yamaguchi Prefecture awards outstanding technicians to raise awareness of those with technical expertise while also improving the status and skill level of specialists. Our member, who works in JRCS’s manufacturing department, received the “2022 Yamaguchi Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman’s Award,” for her excellent performance in “Grade 2 Switchboard and Control Panel Assembly”, a technical test that requires both written and practical knowledge.
The employee who received this award commented with a smile, “I have wanted to take this test ever since I knew it existed. When there was an open call for applications within the company, I raised my hand. I was encouraged by my colleagues who studied with me on my days off, and by my supervisor and seniors who taught me practical skills. In addition, the colleagues who had taken the test before me told me about the atmosphere at the test site, so I was able to relax and get ready for the test. It was thanks to everyone around me that I was able to fully demonstrate my abilities in the test production!”
