Most companies in Japan offer very limited benefits to their employees. Paid time off and sick leave days are limited, and the ability to work an extra side job or part-time is often prohibited.
Everyone has different lives and different needs, and JRCS recognizes this. We embrace forward thinking, which is why our employees can work from home, as well as receive annual hourly paid leave. They also have access to five days of paid leave per year for nursing and family care, and they can work part-time outside of JRCS as well.
In 2018, we began offering a program to give our hourly paid employees a chance to move up to full-time employee positions. Recently, four of our employees took up the challenge and have passed the test, officially becoming full-time employees.
Since the program was introduced five years ago, a total of 14 employees have successfully become full-time team members. We always want to help our employees seek new and positive challenges in life, and we will continue to support and encourage anyone in the JRCS team who needs it!
