For the smiles of employees and their families –“The 3rd JRCS Kids Academy” was held.
On a holiday in February, the 3rd JRCS Kids Academy was held at JRCS Shimonoseki. Children of employees gathered at the Academy and enjoyed learning and playing together.
The “JRCS Kids Academy” was planned in response to the wishes of employees who are raising children, who wanted to give their children a variety of experiences and expand their future possibilities. New employees take the lead in holding the Kids Academy on a regular basis.
In this third event, the children learned about the “infoceanus” series of JRCS digital products, attended a lecture on “The Theory of Relativity Understandable to Elementary School Children,” and played with Lego programming and robotics materials.
The children seemed to enjoy the lectures given by the “teachers,” who were played by new employees. Both parents who attended with their children and those who left their children at the Kids Academy to enjoy their own private time were very satisfied with the day.
The executive vice-president who conceived of the JRCS Kids Academy said, “I started this event to show my appreciation for our employees. The venue was filled with a warm atmosphere, and I am glad we hold this event every time. We will continue to take good care of our employees and their families and create more opportunities to see many smiling faces”.
