JRCS has introduced a club activity support system as one of employee benefits.
Until now, employee volunteers have gathered privately to enjoy sports as a hobby. However, the company has decided to officially promote club activities in order to allow more employees to have a place to interact with each other. Each club is subsidized to cover part of the activity costs.

The following seven clubs, which were popular in a preliminary in-house survey, were launched first.

Futsal
Badminton
Volleyball
Table tennis

Cross-cultural exchange

Regulations and insurance were immediately put in place, and online information sessions were held for each club. Since it is free to join or leave a club, and it is even possible to join multiple clubs, all of the clubs have already attracted applicants and have begun activities.

JRCS is a company that values communication and teamwork. Through club activities, we hope to create strong bonds among employees, and we will provide support so that each and every one of them can refresh their minds and bodies and lead healthy lives.
