JRCS’s CEO gave a lecture at Yamaguchi University!
JRCS’s CEO Koichiro Kondo spoke at the class at Yamaguchi University.
Yamaguchi University conducts classes inviting local companies as part of its Regional Human Resource Development Project, which aims to provide practical education rooted in the local community. As a career partner in this project, we cooperated with the lectures.
The theme of the lecture was “Good Management, Good Mangers”. 120 first-year students from the economics, engineering and education departments attended the lecture. Students commented that: “listening to an actual manager gave us a more realistic understanding of what we have learned in class”.
In line with the professor’s desire to create an opportunity to broaden their career options, regardless of the department they come from, JRCS will continue to support the education and growth of the future generations.
