Termination of General Maintenance for Alarm System JMD-F
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of our products.
The Alarm System JMD-F, used in our engine control console, was discontinued for sales in 2013. Following a 10-year standard maintenance support period, we continued to provide limited support as an extended-maintenance product from 2023 onward. However, due to the ongoing shortage of semiconductors and the accelerated obsolescence of electronic components, it has become increasingly difficult to secure replacement parts. As a result, we regret to inform you that maintenance support for the JMD-F must now be discontinued.
Therefore, we would like to make the following proposal for your consideration.

We recommend replacing the existing system with the newer model due to the unavailability of replacement parts (including PCBs) and repair support.
The newer model: JMD-P or SMS-55
When converting to the newer model, there will be incidental work such as modification of the panel surface and control circuit. As the construction period and costs will vary depending on the structure of the panel with the existing JMD-F installed and the system configuration, we would appreciate it if you contact here for more information.
