Kikuho joined a cultural festival in the Uga area of Shimonoseki City
Kikuho, JRCS mascot character, appeared in a stage event at a cultural festival held in the Uga area of Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
In addition to a program of performances including Japanese drums, ocarina, and Taisho harp, Kikuho performed the “Kikuho Dance” with children from Uga Elementary School. They practiced the dance very hard beforehand. The audience cheered with comments such as “Cute” and “Very good”. The children smiled and said, “That was fun”.
We will continue to attend various social gatherings to make local people aware of JRCS and to continue the activities to energize the local community.
After the dance, we had a great time playing rock-paper-scissors-paper with Kikuho!
