Our employee received “Yamaguchi Prefecture Vocational Ability Development Association Award”!
Two members of our Production Department received “Yamaguchi Prefecture Vocational Ability Development Association Award” for their excellent performance.
At the award ceremony held during the Yamaguchi Prefecture Vocational Ability Development Promotion Conference in November 2024, Mr. Miyamoto, then chairman of the Yamaguchi Prefecture Vocational Ability Development Association, delivered the following speech.
“The manufacturing industry is facing a labor shortage, yet it is also being called the fourth industrial revolution, and there is an urgent need to foster human resource development and create momentum in the industry. I would like to congratulate all the award winners.”
