JRCS was certified as “Yamaguchi ‘Tomo×Iku’ Support Company”
We have applied for registration as a “Yamaguchi ‘Tomo×iku’ Support Company” and received certification from the Governor of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Yamaguchi Prefecture aims to create a society in which both men and women can balance parenting, housework, and career development. One of the efforts to realize this goal is the “Yamaguchi ‘Tomo×iku’ Support Company Registration System”.
The name ‘Tomo×Iku’ expresses the desire for men and women, as well as local communities and businesses, to “join together to further enhance child-rearing”.
To be certified as a supporting company, a company must promote a workplace where both men and women can easily take childcare leave.
At our company, the percentage of women taking childcare leave is 100 percent and that of men is over 80 percent. In addition, we offer a variety of other support programs, such as a “Child Care Leave” that allows employees to take paid leave in addition to annual paid leave, a “Shorter Working Hours” that can be used until the child enters the fourth grade of primary school, and an “ In-house Nursery” for children aged 0 to 6 years old.
With the certification as a “Yamaguchi ‘Tomo×Iku’ Support Company”, we will further improve the environment in which employees raising children can keep working for a long period of time without anxiety.
In 2008, we opened an in-house nursery, one of the first in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
