Support Termination

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of our products.
The Alarm & Monitoring Systems SMS-22, SMS-32, and SMS-32-K (hereinafter referred to as “the AMS”), which have been used in our engine control consoles and other products, were discontinued in 2008.
Following a 10-year general maintenance period, we have continued to offer extended maintenance services since 2018. However, due to the recent semiconductor shortage and the accelerated discontinuation of certain components, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to continue general maintenance support for the AMS.
We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration of the proposal outlined below.

2.    Proposal

Due to the unavailability of parts (such as replacement boards) and the inability to perform repairs, we propose replacing the system with a current model (successor model).

When replacing with a successor model, additional work such as panel modifications and control circuit changes will be required. The duration and cost of this work will vary depending on the structure and system configuration of the AMS-embedded panel.
