Support Termination

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of our products.
The Alarm & Monitoring System SMS-22-K (hereinafter referred to as “the AMS”), which has been used in our engine control consoles and other products, was discontinued in 2021.
We plan to continue offering general maintenance services for the AMS until 2031. However, due to the recent semiconductor shortage and the accelerated discontinuation of certain components, there is a possibility that we may no longer be able to supply replacement parts. Should this occur, we will inform you of the termination date of general maintenance services separately.

3.    Upcoming Maintenance Actions

If we are unable to sell or repair the AMS component (e.g., replacement boards), we will provide maintenance support by replacing it with an alternative model (successor model).

When replacing with a successor model, additional work such as panel modifications and control circuit changes will be required. The duration and cost of this work will vary depending on the structure and system configuration of the AMS-embedded panel.

We will continue to provide inspection and repair services for AMS as much as possible. However, support will be discontinued once maintenance parts are no longer in stock. Additionally, depending on the nature of the malfunction, repairs may not be feasible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the general maintenance period of the AMS. We remain committed to continuous quality improvement and greatly appreciate your continued support and patronage.
