Introducing the New Welfare Service: “INESUS App” to Support the Lives of Employees and Their Families
Starting in October 2025, JRCS introduced the INESUS app as a new employee benefits service, aiming to enhance employee engagement and foster a more comfortable and supportive workplace.
The “INESUS App is a community-focused welfare service available not only to employees but also to their family members up to the second degree of kinship (up to 10 people). As of September 2025, members can access special discount coupons through the app at approximately 4,700 affiliated stores across Yamaguchi Prefecture where JRCS is headquartered as well as neighboring Fukuoka and Hiroshima Prefectures.
We have also subscribed to optional services that expand coupon access beyond the local area, including regions such as Tokyo. This allows employees and their families based at the Tokyo headquarters, as well as those traveling for business or leisure, to conveniently use coupons at nationwide chain stores, hotels, and leisure facilities.

According to INESUS (a member of the Yamaguchi Financial Group), which operates the INESUS app, the company donates an amount corresponding to members’ coupon usage to the Red Feather Community Chest.
