Children from “Kikuho Land” Parade Through the Office for Halloween!
On October 31, JRCS in-house nursery “Kikuho Land” held a Halloween event, where children dressed in costumes cheerfully paraded through the Toyoura Office.
Dressed as witches, animals, and other characters of their choice, the children enthusiastically shouted “Trick or Treat!” as they received sweets from employees. Their bags kept getting fuller and fuller – eventually so big that some had to drag them along because they were larger than their own bodies! By the end, a few kids were so tired they walked in silence. A warm atmosphere filled the workplace, filled with laughing voices.
Since 2008, JRCS has been a pioneer in Yamaguchi Prefecture by establishing an on-site nursery, striving to create an environment where employees raising children can work with peace of mind. Moving forward, we will continue to promote a workplace where diverse talent can thrive and support a sustainable manufacturing environment.

The kids were delighted by lots of sweets!
