JRCS presented at the “Seminar on Promoting Senior Talent and Women’s Advancement in the Workplace” held at the Shimonoseki Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hall on November 26, 2025.
Hosted by the Shimonoseki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, this seminar aimed to support sustainable corporate growth by encouraging the active participation of diverse talent, addressing the increasingly critical issue of labor shortages.
During the seminar, JRCS introduced specific initiatives and achievements in creating an environment where women can work vibrantly.
Local company leaders who attended the seminar posed numerous questions, with many commenting, “Each approach was insightful,” and “We want to implement these immediately in our own company.” We believe the seminar provided valuable ideas for regional companies seeking to make the most of their workforce.
