Termination of Regular Sales for Power Management System JACOM-22

We would like to inform you that the Generator Control & Power Management System JACOM 22 (hereinafter referred to as “the PMS”), which has been used in our main switchboards, was discontinued from regular sales in December 2022 due to the discontinuation of internal components.
Please be advised of the following details, and we appreciate your understanding.

- Maintenance will be provided by replacing the system with the newer (successor) model “JACOM-55”.
When replacing it with the newer model, incidental work such as modifications to the panel surface and control circuits will be required. Since the duration and cost of this work will vary depending on the structure of the existing switchboard, please contact us here for further information.
We will make every possible effort to continue providing inspections and repairs for the PMS; however, support will be discontinued once our inventory of maintenance parts has been fully depleted. Furthermore, depending on the nature of the malfunction, there may be cases in which repairs cannot be carried out.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the discontinuation of regular sales of the PMS. We remain committed to further improving the quality of our products and services, and we would greatly appreciate your continued patronage.
