11 New Employees Joined JRCS!
On April 1, JRCS held a new employee induction ceremony at the Toyoura Office in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
This year, 11 new employees joined JRCS as new members of our team. In the presence of the attending directors, each new employee shared their determination and aspirations as they embarked on their careers as working professionals.
JRCS’s CEO offered the following words of encouragement to the new employees:
“These are uncertain times, and I am sure you are facing many challenges. Even in moments like these, I hope you will draw strength from ‘team harmony,’ one of JRCS’s core guiding principles, and use it to overcome those challenges. We, the management team, are fully committed to doing everything we can to ensure that our efforts have a positive impact on your lives.”
Through a two-month training program, the new employees will systematically learn the fundamental mindset required of working professionals, business etiquette, an understanding of the company’s management philosophy and behavioral guidelines, as well as basic knowledge related to manufacturing. This program will help them build a solid foundation for success and active contribution in their respective departments.
JRCS will continue to place strong emphasis on nurturing people who will support the future of the maritime industry, while contributing to the growth of both the local community and the industry.

A warm message to the new employees from JRCS CEO
