JRCS Becomes Naming Rights Partner for Yamaguchi University
JRCS has become a naming rights partner for Yamaguchi University and has designed a dedicated area within the Yoshida Campus Library’s learning space as an environment where students can experience the JRCS brand.
This newly created space is named “J‑PORT (JRCS‑PORT).” The name reflects our hope that students will naturally sense JRCS’s identity as a company connected to the sea and maritime industry. It is simple, memorable, and approachable -designed to feel familiar and close to the students who use it.
The overall space is themed around the color blue, symbolizing the ocean. Subtle maritime elements are incorporated throughout, such as container‑ship‑inspired icons and a compass graphic integrated into the flooring. At the same time, the design maintains simplicity and calmness to ensure it functions effectively as a study environment. The color blue is also expected to support concentration.
JRCS is committed to supporting local students as they learn and take on new challenges for the future. We hope that J‑PORT becomes a place where students discover new ideas and build meaningful connections.
