JRCS has obtained Certification for the “Ikudori! Declaration” as a Company Promoting Paternal Childcare Leave
JRCS has been certified under the “Ikudori! Declaration,” part of the “Ikudori! Project” promoted by the Kyushu Regional Strategy Council (*See below) across the Kyushu and Yamaguchi regions.
* A council composed of five organizations: the Kyushu Governors’ Association, the Kyushu Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Kyushu Association of Corporate Executives, and the Kyushu Employers’ Association.
This regional initiative aims to achieve a 100% childcare leave acquisition rate of at least two weeks among male employees, through coordinated efforts by the seven prefectures of Kyushu and Yamaguchi Prefecture.
In Yamaguchi Prefecture, where our headquarters is located, JRCS has already been recognized as a Yamaguchi “Tomo×Iku” Supporting Company and has continued to implement measures that help employees balance childcare and work. The newly obtained “Ikudori! Declaration” certification reflects recognition of our commitment not only within the Yamaguchi prefecture but also within a broader regional framework.
JRCS will continue to support the diverse life stages of our employees and their families. We remain committed to further enhancing our systems and workplace culture to promote the uptake of childcare leave among male employees and to realize more flexible working styles.
