The introduction of a regular employee recruitment system

 Over the past several years JRCS has been focusing on Human Resources, as part of this effort we are creating an environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities and be motivated to their full potential.

 In May of this year, a “regular employee appointment system” for contract employees was introduced. To qualify, employees are subject to fair and impartial screening and are then given written examinations followed by interviews in addition to past evaluations.

 This term saw the first implementation of the system with 7 contract employees becoming regular employees. Becoming a regular employee has its perks but of course an increase in responsibility and a change in evaluation criteria also applies. Responding to these changes, we have conducted training courses increasing the awareness of employees and will continue to encourage the spirit of “Challenge”.
