The Introduction of “Casual Everyday”.
In July of 2017 “Casual Friday” was implemented enabling you to wear clothes of your own choice every Friday. However, in April of 2018 “Casual Everyday” was introduced and now the choice of dress is yours every day.
The aim of enabling employees to freely decide on their work clothes was to create a vibrant corporate culture in a workplace where ideas can be born freely.
Without detailed regulations on what to wear, allows you to choose appropriate clothes with the Time, Place and Occasion (TPO) in mind.
Of course, it isn’t mandatory to come to work in your own clothes, and our conventional uniform is very well accepted. In fact, to prevent accidents and have safety in mind only employees working in areas that are not health and safety designated are targeted for casual clothing.
