JRCS joins the “Maritime and Ocean Engineering Cooperation Program” at the University of Tokyo to build sustainable maritime logistics
From April 3rd, 2023, JRCS Co., Ltd. (Chairman and President, JRCS Group CEO: Koichiro Kondo; Headquarters: Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi) joined the “Maritime and Ocean Engineering” (MODE) cooperation program at the University of Tokyo.
We are proud to announce to be part of the cooperation with MODE, where we will focus on contributions in R&D. Our fields of concern are decarbonization, automation, and fostering human resource development in the maritime sector. Together, we aim to contribute to a safer and greener future, creating sustainable maritime systems to support logistics and vessel optimization for fuel and emissions management. Our contributions will work towards the goal of using renewable energy, while simultaneously reducing energy consumption.
