JRCS exhibited first at the JECA FAIR 2024 – 72nd Electrical Construction Industry Exhibition, which was held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from 29 to 31 May.

The exhibition is the largest comprehensive exhibition of electrical equipment in Japan, introducing products such as materials and equipment, tools, measuring instruments, software and systems related to electrical equipment. The theme of this year’s exhibition is “Electrical Installation Technology Designs the Future! – For a sustainable society”.
Both the number of exhibitors and the number of booths were the largest ever, and the total number of visitors exceeded 100,000.

At the JRCS booth, the JSB-2 and JSB-5 high-voltage switchboards for marine applications were introduced. These are models with excellent safety features that comply with the international standard IEC62271-200. This technology can also be applied to produce onshore high-voltage switchboards, which are scheduled to be shifted from the domestic standard JEM1425 to JISC62271-200 (equivalent to the IEC standard) in March 2025.
