JRCS Co.Ltd. (Head Office: Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture; Chairman and President: Koichiro Kondo; hereinafter JRCS) and DEIF A/S (headquartered in Skive, Denmark; DEIF’s Group CEO: Christian Nielsen; hereinafter DEIF) have agreed to establish a joint venture in Japan to promote, sell, distribute, and provide maintenance and service for DEIF products in the Japanese market, and have signed the related agreement.

For more than 30 years, JRCS and DEIF have maintained a friendly and long‑standing partnership, supplying efficient and reliable energy management and control systems. The two companies also share a common strategic goal of achieving sustainable and stable growth in the Japanese market.

Based on this long‑standing relationship of trust and the market strategies shared by both companies, the agreement to establish the joint venture was formally signed on Monday, April 20, 2026.

The newly established joint venture (tentatively named DEIF Japan) will strengthen the supply structure for DEIF’s diverse products in the Japanese market and aims to expand its business beyond the Marine & Offshore sector into the Onshore sector. Through this initiative, the two companies seek to further enhance the technological capabilities and service quality they have cultivated over the years and respond to a wider range of customer needs.

JRCS is confident that the establishment of this joint venture will enable both companies to deliver the value they pursue to customers more promptly and effectively, and will further strengthen the collaborative relationship with DEIF as both companies work to create new growth opportunities in the Japanese market.
