Asian Gypsy Moth (AGM) Prevention System
The Asian Gypsy Moth (AGM) is a harmful forest insect inhabiting a wide area of the Far East in countries including Japan and Russia. There is a great fear that this harmful forest insect will enter countries via shipping and cargo. America and Canada are among controlled countries which require documentation and inspection of vessels to ensure they are AGM free before they are allowed to dock. JRCS is making a contribution by developing an ultrasound device to hold off AGM thereby reducing the risk of AGM to shipping.
Smart Sound Probe
The Smart Sound probe has been developed with the purpose in mind of when carrying out a daily check on industrial machinery an early warning of pending breakdown or the need to carry out preventative action could soon be realized. By connecting this device to an information terminal such as a tablet or smart phone the sound of the subject machine can be recorded replayed and analyzed. The operator need not rely on experience or subjectivity but quantitative objective monitoring in order to reach a diagnosis of the machine.
Switching on an air conditioner in a room from outside ... this is because the information network and the sensor system that supports it under the rim are active because such things can be done normally. IoT, which expands from the living environment to factories, farms and society, is expected to make a further leap from now.
JRCS is responding to contract manufacturing and prototype requirements of various sensors according to the customer's request, including micro heaters which can be heated up to 400 ° C instantaneously, finely detailed with low power consumption by MEMS technology and at a speed of 0.04 seconds.
