High Voltage Switchboard

The metal-enclosed JSB-2 High Voltage Switchboard features a compact, robust structure which has been specifically designed to withstand the harsh operating conditions aboard a marine vessel.
Each internal compartment is separated from the others by metal plates, minimizing damage from accidents and enabling independent operation of the various parts. To ensure compliance with the highest safety and reliability standards, an International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62271-200 interlock system which can be operated quickly and easily from the front of the panel is provided as a standard feature.
JSB-2 has passed the strictest IEC tests, including the internal arc fault test. In addition, it has received approval from multiple marine classification societies worldwide. -
Alternative Maritime Power
- Power Management Systems
- Products
Our Alternative Maritime Power allows for a dramatic reduction in pollution by connecting a docked vessel to the shore’s power supply. Thanks to this connection, the vessel can reduce the amount of pollution that would normally be caused by the onboard power generation system. Fully compliant with IEC/ISO/IEEE80005-1 international standards, the entire system is housed in a 40-foot container equipped with everything necessary for the connection, including cable reels, a high-voltage switchboard, and ship-side connection cables. It can be adapted not only for in-service ships, but also for existing vessels regardless of the type of vessel.

Low Voltage Main Switchboard

The JSB-2L Low Voltage Main Switchboard (LVMSB) features generator panels which are 33% smaller in width than their predecessors while retaining the high level of performance and reliability that has made the series so popular among customers worldwide.
The cable connections and maintenance procedures have not changed even though the product itself is 1/3 smaller.
To achieve such a small size, the individual generator panels had to be redesigned from the ground up hand-in-hand with the Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) manufacturer. Together we took a step-by-step approach, examining every aspect of the design from top to bottom. Including the improved ACB cradle, the new design represents the latest in miniaturization technology. -
Group Starter Panel

The JGP-21 Group Starter Panel (GSP) is composed of multiple NSU starter units equipped with CPUs which are specifically designed to handle marine control sequences. Motors can be controlled and monitored using the operation panels. These panels are among the smallest in the world, offering superior operability and maintainability in a compact package.
Circuit simplicity and interrupting performance has been greatly improved thanks to the Manual Motor Starter (MMS) units which combine a circuit breaker with overload protection. These improvements make the GSP more reliable than ever before. Each MMS can support motors of up to AC 450 V 37 kW, with an interrupting performance of AC 450 V 35 kA.
By combining a high-performance NSU and MMS, we were able to reduce the standard unit width to just 300 mm, making our products some of the smallest in the industry.
Thanks to its small size, the JGP-21 can be used in even smaller vessels without sacrificing the high maintainability and operability you have come to expect from a JRCS product.
